Ā In this 2-day training, you will learn a series of practices that create a powerful energy body.
In this 2-day training, you will learn a series of practices that create a powerful energy body. Systems of internal alchemy pay special attention to the energy body, its purity, integrity, power and unassailability. In this training you will learn techniques from Tantrik Yoga, STAV, and Daoist cultivation.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
-
The RudrÄnanda Tension Release Exercise ā is a direct, simple and effective method for clearing the channels and opening their bi-directionality. It makes assimilation of extra-bodily energies of empowerment efficient and safe.
-
Wu Mei Qi Gong ā is a Daoist method of generating tremendous amounts of energy in a short period of time. It also teaches you how to move the energy from the base reservoir throughout the bodyās channel system, especially into the hands and to the
crown through the central channel. It is a super concise mahÄkumbhaka technique credited to a legendary female enlightened-warrior of China who lived in the mid-1600ās
named Wu Mei. -
STAV Breathing ā Two ancient Norse breath-chanting practices will be taught that increase your breath capacity and your ability to generate transformative heat used in your inner alchemical transformations. These techniques also have a sealing effect on your energy.
-
Arohana-Avarohana ā This practice is a kriyÄ yoga movement performed within the central channel. It mixes the power of the red and white bindu energies (of the base and head) creating a more balanced and powerful total energy within the channel system. This KriyÄ is also an aspect of KundalinÄ« Hatha Yoga Level III and the Way of Tantrik
Consorts (within the Way of Mirror Consorts). -
Mandala Protection Practice ā this is a Tantrik Yoga technique used to seal and safeguard your energy system from inner obstacles and outer interferences or attacks. Youāll learn a cohesive practice that begins with invoking the protection power of the MahÄsiddhas and proceeds through an elaborate visualization combined with mantra, channel work, radiating bindus of light, and making energetic offerings to the elemental spirits in the vicinity of your practice place. In total, the practice gives the entire session the last seal of protection and safeguards your energy and its purity.

Dharma Bodhi (Kol Martens)
Dharma Bodhi began practicing yoga at seven years of age. In his teens he moved into practices of Chan Buddhism and Daoism received through his Chinese martial arts teachers in New York. After completing his chiropractic degree he studied in an Oral-Practice Tradition of Non-Dual Åaiva Tantra, taking initiation into one of the DaÅnami Orders of practice from India. In 1996 he complete ÄcÄrya training under his Åaiva gurus. This training emphasized traditional KundalinÄ« Hatha Yoga and a progressive system of Meditation, along supportive studies in ritual/pÅ«jÄ and yoga texts. Since graduating as a Åaiva ÄcÄrya, he took refuge with a great master of Bƶnpo Dzogchen meditation, and studied with him by taking multiple trips per year to his monastery in India for a period of 8 years.Ā He studies both Dzogchen meditation & yoga (trul khor), and Dzogchen preliminary and advanced texts. Both his Åaiva and Dzogchen masters gave him the task of teaching these systems stripped of the unnecessary aspects of the cultures and languages they are found in. His Dzogchen master also gave him the task of translating two Tibetan texts. One of which is finished and the other is in process. He now lives with his wife, Sahaja DakinÄ«, and their two children in rural Maine, USA. He is developing a practice hermitage in the wilderness of Maine and a European teaching center on the border of Italy and Switzerland.
